Dr. Millspaugh graduated from El Reno High School in 1987. His undergraduate and graduate studies were completed at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and the University of Central Oklahoma. He spent five years working with children and adolescents in the mental health field before attending Cleveland Chiropractic College, where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
